At Djamga ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use our mobile applications (Djamga and Djamga PRO) and our web services available at djamga.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal information necessary to deliver a reliable sports discovery and score-tracking experience:

• Location Information: With your permission, our apps access your device's approximate or precise location solely to display nearby pickup sports games, calculate distance to athletic venues, and center the interactive map. We do not track your location in the background, nor do we sell or share your location coordinates.
• User Profile & RSVPs (Optional): When you RSVP for a pickup game or register as an organizer, you may optionally provide your name, email address, or contact preference so organizers know who is attending.
• Favorited Teams & App Preferences: Your starred clubs and leagues in the Pro Scores dashboard are stored locally on your device (using iOS UserDefaults / local storage) so you can access them instantly.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: Standard anonymous crash logs and performance telemetry provided by Apple iOS or Firebase to maintain app reliability.

2. Djamga PRO (Ad-Free Edition)

Djamga PRO Guarantee: Djamga PRO is 100% ad-free. It does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, ad trackers, or advertising profiling. No personal data is gathered for behavioral advertising in Djamga PRO.

3. Third-Party Services in Djamga (Free Edition)

In the free edition of Djamga, we display non-intrusive banner advertisements to support ongoing server operations. We partner with:

• Google AdMob: May process anonymized device identifiers or coarse location to serve contextual ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Users can opt out of personalized ads at any time through their device settings.

4. How We Use Information

We use the data collected strictly to:

• Find and sort local pickup soccer, basketball, and volleyball games near your location.
• Provide real-time professional soccer scores, standings, and match schedules.
• Facilitate game RSVPs and attendee headcounts for organizers.
• Diagnose technical bugs and optimize app speed and responsiveness.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You have full control over your data. Because Djamga does not mandate mandatory user account creation for casual browsing, most preference data remains exclusively on your device. If you submitted game information or contact details and wish to have them permanently removed, you may submit a deletion request to support@djamga.com, and we will delete your records within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our applications and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
